Our Governance

Our Annual General Meeting takes place in March each year. At the AGM, members elect directors, as appropriate, and also elect members onto the Supervisory Committee.

The board of directors is responsible for setting and communicating strategy and policy. The Supervisory Committee looks after the members’ interests by performing an internal audit and checking function.

The day-to-day management of our business is delivered by our General Manager Michelle Taylor and her team of staff and volunteers.
